Step 1. Loop off one end of the pipe cleaner into an eye hoop.
Step 2. Thread cheerios and fruit loops on.
Step 3. Once fully threaded secure loose end on to eye hoop and mold into the desired shape.
Step 5. Hang outside for the birds to enjoy!
