Because our digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
If you experience an issue with your order (such as a missing or corrupted file), please reach out to [email protected] with your transaction number and receipt, and we’ll be happy to help you resolve the problem.

For physical products (like spiral-bound planners), you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
